Hey, I am subletting my room for Jan-Feb 2023 (VIEWINGS AT: 21/22/23.12)
Our flat is spacious, bright, and elegant, with wooden floors, rendered high ceilings and a minimalistic design.
The apartment is located in Prenzlauerberg's beautiful Bötzowviertel.
The room is furnished, bright, and quiet. It has a king-size bed, a big wardrobe, a desk with an ergonomic chair and extra monitor, and a huge window overlooking the backyard.
Warm rent is 850€ and comprises the cold rent (€750) plus €100 utility costs: electricity, water, heating, internet etc. (based on the current electricity prices)
The neighborhood is relaxed, and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and other stores outside our doorstep. There are supermarkets within a range of 5-10 min walking distance (Rossmann, REWE, LIDL). 5-min away, you find Volkspark Friedrichshain, a lovely park for lunch break walks, table tennis, tennis, basketball, or whatever you prefer! On your way there, you find various coffee spots to grab your takeaway beverage and snack.
The tram station for the M10 is around the corner and brings you to Kreuzberg or directly to the central station. Mitte/Alexanderplatz/Kollwitzkiez is all within 10 min biking distance.
You share the apartment with Tessa; she is a 27 years old architect from Munich. Tessa is a hardworking, caretaking, and lovely soul. She is a nice, chilled, well-organized, and very social roommate! 😉
Life in our flat is fun, respectful, and international. We appreciate each other’s privacy, but we will be happy to do something together from time to time. The apartment has been furnished with great care and love. Therefore, we are looking for someone who attaches value to cleanliness, tidiness, and aesthetics. We are looking for someone that is settled in life, ideally has a job, and doesn't spend the entire day on the couch.
