Die Wände, die zur Nachbarwohnung zeigen, verfügen über eine zusätzliche Wärmedämmung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage im Stadtteil Prenzlauer Berg. Mit dem Fahrrad (kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden) wäre man in 5 Minuten an der S-Bahn/U-Bahn "Schönhauser Allee", die einen Anschluss an die S-Ringbahn bietet. Die S-Bahn-Station, der U-Bahnhof und der Regionalbahnhof "Alexanderplatz" sind weniger als 10 Minuten mit der U-Bahn entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du ebenfalls in 10 Minuten am S-Bahnhof und ICE in Richtung Leipzig, Hamburg, am "Gesundbrunnen". Zu Fuß ist die S-Bahn in ca. 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Um die Ecke gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants. Außerdem lädt im Sommer der Mauerpark, ein 3 Minuten entferntes Naherholungsgebiet, zum Besuch ein. Es ist schwer, etwas Besseres zu finden.
