Hello there!
We want to share our bright and beautiful room for two months. The room is bright as high ceiling, very nice Parquet and a large window with a view at Eberswalderstr.
As one of our flatmates is moving out, we are looking for somebody to enter the flat and be part of the Beach House Family. If we have a good connection and living together works out great, we can consider also an open contract after that. The rent includes all the expenses. There is an extra 30€ to consider, which are for the cleaning of the flat. We take turns in paying, so it's 30€ every 6 weeks more or less.

The location is one of the best in Prenzlauer Berg: central, close to Mauerpark and the U-Bahn.
Around the area, you can find anything you might need to enjoy Berlin fully: great restaurants, nice and cozy bars, cinemas, comedyclubs, and of course one of the best kebap places in town!
We are a music producer, a part-time student of Computer Science, and a startup manager. The environment is creative and friendly. We like to spend some quality time together in the evenings and focus on our passions and work.
We are always up for a nice dinner or games, but we also value our privacy and personal spaces.
We have a cat named Quincy in the flat, he's our fluffy supervisor! He's very sweet and joyful.
You'll mostly find him chilling around.
Also, we can provide you with a bedframe as we have an extra one. The desk will also stay in the room.
