Im Eddie (26 from Ireland) and will be leaving the WG after almost 3 years to move in with my girlfriend.
Its a 4 room flat in on Stargarder Straße. 3 minutes from the Ring Bahn (Prenzlauer Allee) and 1 minute from M2 to Alexanderplatz.
You will be living with 3 other flatmates: Gaia (Italian), Shay (Israeli) and Balaji (Indian). Everyone does their own thing most of the time, but always respectful of one another.
€790 includes everying as well as internet and a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas.
The room is fully furnsihed- bed, mattress, large desk, sofa, chest of drawers, coat rack and two lamps.
The move in date would be 04.04.2023, as my new flat is not available until then.
Please only write to me if you can come view this week and can move in on 04.04.2023 and pay the rent for the full month of April.
