I am going to live in Spain and so I will leave my room in a WG in Dunkerstrasse (S Bahn Prenzlauer Alle) from April 10, with the possibility of being able to move in earlier.
Anmeldung possible.
I am looking for only someone with the following requirements:
1. Girls only
2. certainty of long term stay in Berlin.
3. full-time job
4. 30 years old or older
5. Responsible with cleanliness
6. No homeoffice
(Please do not write if you do not fit this description because we will not consider your application).
The room has a bed (with bed linen and pillows), a desk, a chair, a lamp, and two small cabinets for 50 euros total.
The rent is 470 euros/month. When you come in you also have to pay 470 euros rental deposit to the owner + 150 euros deposit for the appliances to the person leaving (me).
The expenses (gas and electricity) come once a year and will be divided between the flatmates. You will pay only for the months you have stayed in the house. Wi-FI included in the rent.
The WG consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. No parties allowed due to the quiet neighborhood.
Please write me a DM with a brief description about yourself and confirmation that you respect the above 4 requirements!
Then we can have a quick video chat and schedule an in person (sorry you have to be in Berlin because we want to meet you in person) visit so you can see the house and meet the other roommates.
I will only be able to do visits so please keep that in mind.
I will select only people who can come in person as I am looking for a long term person and want to make sure you and the roommates get along.
