Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate starting in July. The room is 11m² with a mansard oriented toward the street (please see photos). It has good sound isolation and a stable internet connection.
The WG is located in Reinickendorf, with neighbours composed mostly of families. It's quiet and peaceful here.
The nearest U6 station (Kurt-Schumacher Platz) is 13 minutes by foot. There are plenty of bus connections and supermarkets very close.
I work for TU Berlin and don't spend much time at home except on the weekend. I like to go running and sometimes cooking.
The WG is oriented to young professionals that like a bit of quiet after a day of work and to which is possible to share the cleaning of the common areas.
That is not really a party-WG even though I have no problem spending some evening with friends
Home office is possible since the internet connection is really stable and the room are well noise isolated.
A valid work contract is required for the application.
