Das Haus liegt im grünen Norden von Berlin, ist umgeben von Wald und Feldern. Wir wohnen ruhig und ohne Verkehrslärm. Der Garten bietet im Sommer viel Platz zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Die Gegend lädt zum Radfahren ein, vor allem entlang der Havel. Es gibt einige schöne Restaurants in Heiligensee, in Tegel ist abends aber mehr los.

Wir sind Vater (49 Jahre) und Sohn (14 Jahre) mit Katze und verstehen uns sehr gut. Es gibt noch mehr ältere Geschwister, die gern am Wochenende zu Besuch kommen. Meist kochen wir dann gemeinsam und spielen anschließend Karten. Der Großvater (84 Jahre) lebt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, führt aber einen eigenen Haushalt.
Wir freuen uns auf MitbewohnerInnen, die ebenso aufgeschlossen und gesellig sind wie wir. Wir könnnen aber mit Nähe und Distanz umgehen. Ein gewisses Maß an Ordnungsliebe und Reinlichkeit sehen wir als obligatorisch an. Gelegentlich gemeinsam zu essen und zusammen Wäsche und Haushalt zu erledigen, würde vieles erleichtern.

Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Optional kann eine kleine Teeküche mit eigenem Kühlschrank im Bad eingebaut werden. Ansonsten ist im Wohnbereich eine offene große Küche mit allen Utensilien nutzbar.
