Welcome, we are Anika (Johanna), Lili, Hubert and Patryk. Johanna is Anika's representative for the next few months, for an internship. Lili moves to the end of the month.
The room is unfurnished.
We can help you get furniture. I have a transporter and have already made some trips to Ikea or via ebay.
The apartment is really big (100qm) we have a nice kitchen with a large dining area. The apartment has a bathroom with a large tub but we usually use as a shower a toilet and a separate toilet. We have a cleaning plan and try to keep us as close as possible. We have an ingenious traffic connection the subway is only 1 minute away. Alex is only 15 minutes away!
With us it is rather calm, we study and or work all, trust and respectful handling is very important to us.
From time to time we sit together on the balcony and drink a beer or wine and chat ☺

Wir können dir gerne bei der Beschaffung von Möbel helfen. Ich habe einen Transporter und habe schon einige Fahrten sei es zu Ikea oder über ebay gemacht.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß (100qm) wir haben eine schöne Küche mit einem großen Essbereich. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit einer großen Wanne die wir aber meistens als Dusche nutzen ein WC und einer separaten Toilette. Wir haben einen Putzplan und versuchen uns auch bestmöglich daran zu halten. Wir haben eine geniale Verkehrsverbindung die U-Bahn ist nur 1 Minute entfernt. Der Alex ist nur 15 min entfernt!
Bei uns ist es eher ruhig, wir studieren und oder arbeiten alle, Vertrauen und ein respektvoller Umgang ist uns sehr wichtig.
Ab und zu sitzen wir zusammen auf dem Balkon und trinken ein Bier oder Wein und quatschen ☺
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du offen, ordentlich und lustig bist! Melde dich gerne bei uns und schön wäre wenn du ein Foto anfügst wir sehen hier die Profilfotos nicht.
The house is located relatively at the beginning of the Lindauer Allee it is a few minutes walk to the Residenzstraße where there are many shopping possibilities etc. 2 minutes walk from the house is the paracelsiusbad U8 metro station
Das Haus befindet sich relativ am Anfang der Lindauer Allee es sind wenige Gehminuten bis zur Residenzstraße wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc gibt. 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist die U-Bahn-Station paracelsiusbad U8. sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung
