Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber die beiden Vormieter sind damit ziemlich gut klar gekommen, und dadurch, dass es so hell ist, ist es auch echt gemütlich. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus, das heißt, dass es relativ ruhig ist für die Lage.
Mitnutzen kannst du dann auch ein kleines Zimmer, das wir bis jetzt immer als Wäschezimmer und gelegentlich als Gästezimmer genutzt haben.
Außerdem das ziemlich große Bad und ein Gäste-WC, und natürlich die Küche.

The room is pretty small, but both people who lived there before have made the most of it. Also, the room has a window facing the backyard, so the room is both bright and relatively quiet.
You'll have access to another small room, which so far has been used as a laundry room and occasionally as a guest room; of course, you'll also have full access to the kitchen and the two bathrooms!
Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch echt günstig - die U8 ist in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und die S-Bahnstation Schönholz liegt vielleicht 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem haben wir eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.
Leider ist es hier ein bisschen laut, weil das Haus direkt an einer großen Straße, aber man gewöhnt sich relativ schnell daran und die Fenster sind gut lärmisoliert.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, zum Beispiel einen Edeka direkt gegenüber, einen Netto die Straße runter und ein Kaufland, das man in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht. In der U-Bahnstation ist auch ein Rossmann.
We're in a great spot when it comes to public transport, with both the subway and the S-Bahn being really close by. Unfortunately, the environment is a bit loud, since the apartment is close to Tegel airport and faces a busy street (your room does not face that street, though, which makes it significantly quieter!). You get used to the noise pretty quickly, and the windows keep the sounds out very well.
There's plenty of spots for grocery shopping, we have several supermarkets close by.
Das WG-Leben bei uns ist offen und freundschaftlich, und wir legen sehr großen wert auf Kommunikation.
Was uns wichtig wäre, wäre in Putzplan, und dass wir uns in gemeinsam genutzte Anschaffungen (Putzmittel, Klopapier, Küchenrolle etc) reinteilen. Das lässt sich aber erfahrungsgemäß ganz locker regeln. :)
Noch kurz zu mir: ich bin Martha, ich studiere an der FU Englisch und Italienisch, koche gerne, und bin eine sehr ruhige Mitbewohnerin, da ich mich meistens zurückziehe. Das heißt aber nicht, dass wir uns innerhalb der Wohnung nicht sehen werden, und ab und zu mal zusammen in der Küche quatschen ist auch schön!
In der Wohnung wohnt außerdem Jupiter (they/them), eine wunderbare, offene Person, mit der sich äußerst besondere Gespräche ergeben.
For a peaceful life in the apartment, I believe in having cleaning plans and sharing the costs for household items we all use, such as toilet paper, dish soap etc - from experience I know that this can be arranged in a pretty chill manner, so no stress at all!!
A short introduction to me: I'm Martha, I'm currently studying English and Italian at FU, I like to cook, and am generally a very quiet flatmate, since I mostly hang out in my room. The third room is occupied by Jupiter (they/them), a kind and open person that always has fun stories to tell and whose presence tends to lead to fascinating conversations.
