Ich suche einen Studenten oder Berufstätigen, der bereits in einer WG gelebt hat und verantwortlich und ordentlich ist. Über mich: Ich arbeite als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und meistens im Büro (während dieser Zeit mache ich auch Home Office). Daher wird es schön sein, eine ruhige Atmosphäre in der Wohnung zu haben. Bitte seien Sie sich bewusst, dass es sich nicht um eine Partywohnung handelt, und aufgrund der Koronasituation möchte ich, dass Vorsichtsmaßnahmen getroffen werden.
Insgesamt bin ich locker und habe vorhin nur wenige Punkte erwähnt, so dass wir eine ähnliche Denkweise haben. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, schreiben Sie im Detail über sich selbst. Später werde ich einen Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung geben. Für die Kommunikation ist mein Englisch besser als Deutsch :).

It is located in a beautiful part of Reinickendorf/Borsigwalde. There is a good connection to subway and bus. There are many stores like REWE, ALDI etc. nearby.
I am looking for a student or working professional who has already lived in a shared flat and is responsible and orderly. About me, I am working as scientific worker and mostly in office (during these I also do home office). Therefore, it will be nice to have some quiet atmosphere in apartment. Since I am usually busy, we may not see each other very often. But I don't mind having a gossip from time to time. Please be aware that this is not a party apartment, and due to the corona situation it would be nice if precautions are taken.
Overall, I am relaxed and have only mentioned a few points earlier, so we have a similar mindset. If you are interested, write about yourself in detail. Later I will give appointment for apartment viewing. For communication my English is better than German :).
