Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in zum 1.11.2020 oder ab sofort.
Bevorzugt FLINT (Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Nonbinary, Trans).
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 3. Stock, ist ca. 14 m2 groß und unmöbliert. Der Boden ist Korkparkett. Es ist nach Nord-Osten hin ausgerichtet, also besonders morgens bzw. vormittags hell.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt hell, es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, einen großen, sonnigen Balkon und einen Keller.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen (jetzt wo Tegel schließt sowieso).
Durch die Nähe zur S Schönholz und U Residenzstraße ist die Wohnung immer noch gut angebunden.
Ich möchte eine 2er WG gründen, am liebsten keine Zweck-WG.
Dafür suche ich jemanden, der auch eine eher ruhige und entspannte Person ist, die nicht raucht und Katzen mag (denn es gibt zwei katzige Mitbewohner, die gerne auch in deinem Zimmer herumtapsen würden). Auf Partys und allzu viel laute Musik habe ich nicht so Lust. Auf mehr vegetarisches oder veganes Kochen dafür aber umso mehr.
In der angegebenen Miete sind Strom und Internet inbegriffen.
