es wird ein Zimmer frei in meiner Berufstätigen-WG. Das Zimmer ist ein 11m2 Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, hat daher auch eine schräge Decke (siehe Foto).
Die Lage in Reinickendorf ist gut. Man ist mit der U6 (3 Minuten zur Scharnweberstraße Halte) sehr gut angebunden und schnell im Zentrum. Supermärkte und Co. gibt es einige zur Auswahl.
Eine U-Bahnstation entfernt ist der Flughafensee, für Spaziergänge oder Joggen super geeignet.
Die WG ist eine Berufstätigen-WG und eher auf der Zweck-WG Seite. Ich habe nichts dagegen, in der Küche mal zu Quatschen oder auch mal was zusammen zu unternehmen. Allerdings habe ich auch schon meinen Freundeskreis und wenn ich zuhause bin, will ich meistens eher Ruhe.
Du solltest auf jeden Fall keine Party-WG mit Party jedes WE erwarten.
Ich suche jemand der auch mitdenkt und hilfsbereit ist, wenn mal zB. etwas kaputt geht. Es sollte klar sein, dass es sich um eine WG und kein Hotel handelt.
Wir haben recht stabiles 100mbit Internet. Homeoffice ist also durchaus möglich.
