Wer möchte den Sommer in Berlin verbringen? Ich vermiete kurzfristig vom 25.07.23 -23.08.23 mein schönes möbliertes Zimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist 14qm groß und ganz neu saniert sowie komplett möbliert. Die gesamte Wohnung hat eine Größe von 55qm.
Du hast ein großes Bad sowie eine große Küche in der eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine enthalten ist. Du wohnst natürlich nicht allein, sondern mit der lieben Conni zusammen. Conni hat immer ein offenes Ohr zum Zuhören und freut sich über gemeinsame Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel gemeinsames Kochen. Alles kann, nichts muss .😊
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze zu Wedding und Reinickendorf.
Einkaufsmöglichleiten wie Penny, Späti, Lidl und Kaufland sind direkt um die Ecke. Nach ein paar Gehminuten erreichst du die U8 am Franz-Neumann-Platz sowie die U9 an der Osloer Straße.
Die Miete beträgt 480€ inklusive den Nebenkosten, sowie eine Kaution von 65€

Hello Dear Friends,
who wants to spend the summer time in Berlin ? I'm renting my room for a short term for one Month (25.07.23 -23.08.23)
The room comes at a size of 14 sqm and is fully furnished as well as freshly renovated.
The full flat is 55 sqm and is located in Berlin Reinickendorf.
You will have access to a decent bathroom and a comfortable and spacious kitchen where you also find the washing mashine and a dishwasher.
You are of course not living alone but with the lovely Conni 😊
Conni will always have a friendly ear and will be up to common activities e.g. cooking together if you want to.
For groceries you have several german supermarkets nearby and after a few minutes of walking you can easily reach the U8 at Franz-Neumann-Platz as well as the U9 at Osloer Straße.
The bus is in front of the door.
The full rent per month is 480€ plus 65€ for rent as a deposit which you will of course get back right after moving out!
