DAS ZIMMER
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm2 groß. Durch das Fenster ist es hell und man hat einen schönen Blick auf benachbarte Wohngebäude und Bäume. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Boxspringbett, ein Kleiderschrank, eine Lampe, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Vorhänge, Kleiderhaken, dunkle Vorhänge, eine Couch und ein heller Teppich.
Im Mietpreis sind sowohl die Miete der Möbel als auch alle Nebenkosten inklusive (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet, GEZ, sonstige Nebenkosten). Wir sprechen hier also von einem all-inklusive-Paket - unter der Annahme eines normalen Verbrauchs von Gas und Strom.

DIE WOHNUNG
Die Wohnung besteht insgesamt aus zwei Zimmern (deines und das deine:r Mitbewohner:in), einem Flur mit großem Schrank, einem Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne und einer Küche.
Über das zweite Zimmer ist ein Balkon zu erreichen. Ob und wie du diesen nutzen kannst musst du jedoch mit deine:r Mitbewohner:in klären.
Im Keller gibt es außerdem einen Bereich, in welchem du Sachen unterbringen kannst.

THE ROOM
The room is about 15 square meters all for yourself. Through the window it is bright and you have a nice view of neighboring residential buildings and trees. In the room there is a box spring bed, a closet, a lamp, a desk with a chair, curtains, clothes holders, dark curtains, a small couch and a light carpet.
The rental price includes both the rent of the furniture and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas, internet, GEZ, other additional costs). So we are talking about an all inclusive package - assuming a standard consumption regarding gas and electricity usage.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment consists of two rooms (yours and your roommate's), a corridor with a large closet, a bathroom with a shower-bathtub and a kitchen.
The second room has a balcony, however you have to clarify with your roommate whether and how you can use it.
There is also room in the cellar to store stuff.
