Hallo zusammen,
habe ab 1. Februar ein WG-Zimmer abzugeben da ich umziehen werde.
Die Wohnung liegt in Reinickendorf/Borsigwalde.
Das Zimmer fasst 12 Quadratmeter.
Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr renoviert und das die Farbe ist auch noch in sehr guten Zustand.
Das Zimmer hat elektronische Rollläden, Fenster sind doppelt verglast und wirkt durch den Holzboden und die Wandfarbe sehr hell.
Die Anbindung zu S- und U-Bahn ist Fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Um die Ecke ist direkt ein Edeka und ca. 5 min entfernt ist noch ein Lidl.
Außerdem gibt es eine Dönerbude, die meiner Meinung sehr gut ist:)
Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind beide in der Hotellerie tätig, was bedeutet, dass die Arbeitszeiten im Normalfall keinem 9/5 Job ähneln.
Ein geregeltes Einkommen sollte gegeben sein und der Kontakt erfolgt vorerst über mich.
Wobei ich meinem Mitbewohner ein paar Interessenten vorschlagen werde und er sich darauf dann bei euch meldet.
