WG Zimmer Haus am See (erstmal bis 30.04. mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung)

Die Lage ist perfekt für Leute, die gerne im Grünen leben und doch in 30 min dank der U6 in der Stadt sein möchten. Vor allem im Sommer zeigt sich die Gegend hier von ihrer besten Seite, da in nur 2 Gehminuten der traumhafte Flughafensee erreichbar ist, der wunderbar für eine schnell Abkühlung, oder ganze Strandtage ist. Der See ist von einem Wald umgeben, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Auch direkt um das Haus ist viel grün, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Basketballfeld. Die anderen Bewohner des Viertels sind vorwiegend junge Familien.
Die nächste Bahnstation ist die U6 Otisstr. (Ersatzverkehr) die du von der Wohnung aus in 6 min zu Fuß erreichen kannst. Zum nächsten Supermarkt eignet sich ein Fahrrad am besten, dann bist du auch in 10 min bei Edeka oder Aldi.

The location is perfect for people who like to live in the countryside and yet want to be in the city within 30 min due to the U6. Especially in summer, the area shows its best side, because in only 2 minutes walking distance you can reach the beautiful airport lake, which is wonderful for a quick cool down, or whole beach days. The lake is surrounded by a forest, which invites you for walks. There is also a lot of greenery right around the house, as well as a ping pong table and a basketball court. The other residents of the neighborhood are mainly young families.
The nearest train station is the U6 Otisstr. (substitute traffic) which you can reach from the apartment in 6 min on foot. To the next supermarket a bike is best, then you are also in 10 min at Edeka or Aldi.

Hier noch ein paar Worte zu deinen potentielle zukünftigen Mitbewohnis:
Laura wohnt seit ein paar Monaten bei uns und war wunderbarerweise auch bereit eine unserer Hauptmieter zu werden. Bis Weihnachten möchte sie ihre Masterarbeit zusammenschreiben, weshalb sie derzeit etwas mehr zu tun hat. Doch das hält sie (bisher zumindest) keineswegs davon ab nach ihrem Feierabend etwas zu unternehmen. :)
Jakob ist ganz knapp vor Laura eingezogen und ist viel im nächtlichen Leben Berlins unterwegs.Ansonsten studiert er im Master an der BHT und lernt derzeit fleißig für seine Prüfungen. Außerdem sind sie gerne spontan bei Unternehmungen dabei, aber verbringen auch gerne mal einen ganzen Abend in der Küche zum quatschen, Spiele zu zocken und Wein/Bier/Tee zu schlürfen.
Franzi ist in November zu uns gezogen und ist im März in Schottland. Deshalb wirst du während dieser Zeit mit Inge zusammen wohnen, die die WG vor 4 Jahren gegründet hat und sich nach See und Natur sehnt. Die beiden studieren Bio und sind für ein Yoga, Tanz, Bade und Mal-Tag zu haben.

Here are a few words about your potential future roommate:
Laura has been living with us for a few months now and was also wonderfully willing to become one of our main tenants. She wants to get her master thesis together by Christmas, which is why she's a bit busier at the moment. But that doesn't stop her (so far at least) from doing something after work. :) Jakob moved in just before Laura and is out and about a lot in Berlin's nocturnal life. Otherwise, he is studying for his master's degree at the BHT and is currently studying hard for his exams. In addition, they like to be spontaneous in ventures, but spend but also like to spend a whole evening in the kitchen chatting, playing games and sipping wine/beer/tea. Franzi moved to us in November and is in Scotland in March. So during this time you will be living with Inge, who started the WG 4 years ago and is longing for sea and nature. They are both studying biology and are up for a yoga, dance, swim and paint day.

Das Zimmer ist erstmal bis Ende April ausgeschrieben. Es gibt gegebenfalls die Möglichkeit ab Mai in Franzis Zimmer zu ziehen, falls das Zusammenleben mit dir funktioniert. Dafür wäre es super, wenn du dir vorstellen könntest in den Hauptmietvertrag aufgenommen zu werden.

Wir werden nach dem 25.02. keine neuen Anfragen mehr lesen, da wir uns dann daran machen all die Nachrichten durchzugehen und allen zu antworten. Wir wissen ja alle wie frustrierend das ewige Warten auf Antworten ist.

The room will be available until the end of April. There is the possibility to move into Franzi's room from May on, if living together with you works out. For this it would be great if you could imagine to be included in the main lease.
