Small cozy room in our flatshare in Berlin Reinickendorf (only women)

Die WG befindet sich in der Nähe der Residenzstraße im Ortsteil Reinickendorf. Reinickendorf ist ein relativ ruhiges Viertel mit vielen Parks und Grünflächen sowie ganz in der Nähe dem Schäfersee. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man sehr gut angebunden ( 25 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz) und hat nahgelegen viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, zum Kaffee trinken, viele Imbisse, Rewe und Penny und andere Läden für den Alltag.
The WG is located near Residenzstraße in Reinickendorf is a relatively quiet neighborhood with many parks and green spaces and very close to the Schäfersee, which is perfect for short walks. Despite the quiet location you are very well connected (20-25 minutes to Alexanderplatz) to the city center and you'll have many opportunities to go out to eat, drink coffee, many snack bars, Rewe and Penny and other stores for everyday life near our flat, too.

Du wirst zusammen mit mir (Emilia, 28), Gigi (22) und Asia (24) wohnen. Bei uns ist das Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss! Dass heißt wir quatschen gerne Mal in der Küche zusammen, essen Abendbrot oder gehen auch Mal weg, dazu gezwungen wird allerdings keiner. Wir wünschen uns trotzdem, dass die WG keine reine Zweckswg ist! . Asia ist Italienierin und studiert an der Fachhochschule SRH Deutsch. Sie wohnt schon etwas länger in Berlin und kennt sich hier am Besten von uns aus, bei ihr bekommst du den Besten Tipp wenn es um Italienisches Essen geht. Gigi studiert Architektur und mit Ihr kann man immer gerne feiern gehen und die Clubs Berlins austesten! Emilia ist erst vor ein paar Monaten eingezogen, sie kommt ursprünglich aus Argentinien und arbeitet aktuell in einem Café, mit ihr kann man besonders gut Spanisch üben! ;) Unsere WG ist ziemlich entspannt, sowohl mit Lautstärke als auch mit Freunden vor Ort. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der uns sehr wichtig ist!

You will live with me (Emilia, 28), Gigi (22) and Asia (24). Our motto is: Everything can, nothing has to! That means we like to chat together in the kitchen, eat dinner or go out sometimes, but no one is forced to do that. We still wish that the shared apartment is not purely a functional apartment! . Asia is Italian and studies management at the University of Applied Sciences. She has been living in Berlin for a while and knows the best about us, and you can get the best advice from her when it comes to Italian food. Gigi is studying architecture and you can always go partying with her and check out the clubs in Berlin! Emilia only moved in a few months ago, she's originally from Argentina and currently works in a café. She's a particularly good person to practice Spanish with! ;) Our shared apartment is pretty relaxed, both with noise and with local friends. There is a cleaning schedule that is very important to us!

Die WG ist eine reine Frauen WG, da dies von der Vermieterin so vorgeschrieben wurde. Wichtig ist uns eine lockere und offene Kommunikation und ein offener Umgang miteinander. Da jeder seinen eigenen Raum hat und wir als Gemeinschaftsräume Küche und Bad haben ist uns Sauberkeit vor allem in diesen Räumen sehr wichtig. Nach dem Casting müssen wir dich nochmal der Vermieterin vorstellen, da sie letztendlich entscheidet wenn wir nehmen, sei also nicht enttäuscht falls es trotz Zusage zum Gespräch mit der Vermieterin doch nicht klappt.

The WG is an all-female WG, as this was prescribed by the landlady. Important to us is a relaxed and open communication and open interaction with each other. Since everyone has his own room and we have kitchen and bathroom as common rooms, cleanliness is very important to us, especially in these rooms. After the casting we have to introduce you again to the landlady, because she decides in the end if we take you, so don't be disappointed if it doesn't work out in spite of the acceptance for the interview with the landlady.
