Heyho,
da ich im Februar und März auf Reisen bin, möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer für die Zeit vermieten.
Ich bin ab dem 18.02. unterwegs und komme am 26.03. wieder, bin aber flexibel und könnte davor und danach auch ein paar Tage bei Familie oder Freunden unterkommen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lichtenberg (Rummelsburg) nahe Nöldnerplatz. Sind wirklich nur 3 Minuten zum S-Bahnhof.
Es ist eine 2-er-WG mit 2 Zimmern, jedoch wird nur mein Zimmer vermietet. Das Zimmer ist in etwa 21 m² groß, mit 2 Sofas, Schreibtisch, Schränken und einem Hochbett. Das Hochbett hat keine extra Absicherung, liegt aber zur rechten Seite an der Wand. Ist für manche beim ersten Aufsteigen ungewohnt, aber nach ein paar mal fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Zur Not lässt sich das Sofa unterm Bett zum Schlafen umklappen, aber im Hochbett ist´s viel schöner! :)
Ihr könnt natürlich alles aus meinem Zimmer, Küche und Bad benutzen, würde auch mein Rad für die Zeit ausleihen falls erwünscht.
Mein Mitbewohner ist sehr entspannt, kocht und teilt gern! Der Balkon ist an seinem Zimmer mit dran, aber da könnt ihr natürlich zur jederzeit rauf.

Since I'll be traveling in February and March, I'd like to rent out my room in the shared apartment for that period.
I'll be away from February 18th and will be back on March 26th. However, I'm flexible and could stay with family or friends for a few days before and after those dates.
The apartment is located in Lichtenberg (Rummelsburg), close to Nöldnerplatz. It's just a 3-minute walk to the S-Bahn station. It's a 2-person flat with 2 rooms, but only my room is available for rent. The room is approximately 21 m² in size, with 2 sofas, a desk, cabinets, and a loft bed. The loft bed doesn't have extra railing, but it's against the right side wall. Climbing up might feel a bit unusual at first, but after a few times, you'll feel very secure. If needed, you can also fold down the sofa under the bed for sleeping, but the loft bed is much cozier! :)
You're welcome to use everything in my room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. I'm also happy to lend you my bike for the duration if desired.
My roommate is easygoing and likest o cook and share! The balcony is attached to his room, but you're welcome to use it anytime.
