As the flat is a maisonette unit, you find your rooms (bedroom+bathroom) on the top floor of the building. shared rooms like the big open kitchen and everyone else's rooms are one floor below. You also have access to a spacious balcony from your room and an own entrance door to the flat upstairs.
All windows of the room are heading to the backyard. There is a school that can create a certain sounds cape on weekdays around noon. Aside of this it's absolutely quiet, especially at night.
Both rooms are furnitured with storages, a desk, sofa chairs and a table as well as a bed incl. mattress.
The flat is located close to the sbahn station Nöldnerplatz (S5, S7, S75, Bus 194,240). you get there within 6 minutes and that's just one stop next to ostkreuz.
there are several supermarkets close to the house (rewe Aldi kaufland).
The weitling Kiez is not touristic. There are a couple of Spätis. You'll find a small park directly across the street. Post office and pharmacy are also near.
We are two gay guys in their mid 30s.. lots of sports. Both working in or with music of all kinds and do carework. Sometimes we cook together or watch something in our cozy small living room with sofa and TV.
The kitchen is fully equiped. There is a big fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. We share one washingmachine in the 2nd bathroom downstairs.
