The room has everything you need. It's not a very large room (around 13 m2) but it has a desk, chair, big bed, and big closet. It has access to the terrace and one of the walls is a huge window. The deposit is negotiable.

We live 4 min from the nöldnerplatz sbahn station and 10 min from the rummelsburg sbahn station. We also are 4 min from buses 240 (fhain direction) and 194 (neukölln direction). We live 10 min walk from the Spree which is great for taking walks by the water. The area is quite calm and mostly residential but also very close to the boxi area when you feel like going out.

The apartment is floor heated. We have two large bathrooms and a storage room. We have a big living room/kitchen that is very pretty and cozy. We ahve a huge balcony that wraps the house with entrance from my room as well as the living room.The building has a common area accessible to everyone with a kitchen and bathroom, large tables and an outdoor terrace area. My flatmates Flo and Leon are both very sweet people and easy to get along with.
