Hey Leute,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab dem 13. Januar für 5 Wochen, vielleicht auch länger unter im schönen Rummelsburg, nur 2 Minuten weg vom S Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, wo ihr in 15 Minuten am Alex und 20-25 min am Hauptbahnhof seid. Außerdem seid ihr super schnell in Friedrichshain. Ihr würdet euch die Wohnung teilen mit Hannah aus Bayern, James aus Irland und Valentin aus Frankreich. Sie sind alle super umgänglich und sind aktuell auch viel unterwegs, so dass ihr häufiger die Wohnung für euch habt. Unser Wohnzimmer hat ungefähr 40 Quadratmeter plus Balkon (für die Raucher unter euch). Außerdem haben wir noch eine coole Dachterrasse, von der aus man einen tollen Blick über Berlin hat.

I sublet my room from 13th January in beautiful Rummelsburg, only 2 minutes away from S station Nöldnerplatz. Within 15 minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz and in 20-25 min Hauptbahnhof. Also you are quite fast in Warschauer Straße in Friedrichshain. You would share the apartment with Hannah from Bavaria, James from Ireland and Valentin from France. They are quite relaxing and at the moment often away, so you will have the flat for your own from time to time. Our living room has about 40 square meters plus a balcony (for the smokers among you). We also have a cool roof terrace upstairs which offers a great view over Berlin.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2 Minuten weg vom S Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz, wo ihr in 15 Minuten am Alex und 20-25 min am Hauptbahnhof seid. Außerdem seid ihr super schnell in Friedrichshain und in 20 min in Neukölln mit dem 194er Bus.

The flat is only 2 minutes away from S station Nöldnerplatz. Within 15 minutes you can reach Alexanderplatz and in 20-25 min Hauptbahnhof. Furthermore you can reach Friedrichshain super quickly and only need 20 min to Neukölln via Bus.
Ihr teilt euch die Wohnung mit Hannah aus Bayern, Valentin aus Frankreich und James aus Irland. Sie sind alle super umgänglich und unterstützen euch gerne wenn ihr Fragen habt. In der Wohnung wird sowohl Deutsch, als auch Englisch oder Französisch gesprochen. Oft unternehmen wir auch etwas gemeinsam.

You'll be sharing the flat with Hannah from Bavaria, Valentin from France and James from Ireland. They are all very sociable and will be happy to help you if you have any questions.in the flat we normally speak German, but also English and you can speak French with Valentin, so that's a great option to improve your language skills. Besides that we often do activities together.
