da wir für mindestens 1 Jahr beruflich nach Singapur ziehen, vermieten wir unsere Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 1.1.20 bis 31.12.20.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine helle 67 m² 3-Zimmer Dachgeschoss-Wohnung, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Fenstern, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und Dachterasse.
Die Untervermietung umfasst 1 Schlafzimmer, sowie die Nutzung des Wohnzimmers, Küche / Bad und Dachterasse. Das WG-Zimmer hat direkten Zugang zur Dachterasse.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer wird weiterhin durch uns genutzt, wir werden ab nur sehr selten zu Hause sein, wahrscheinlich weniger als 6 Wochen über das gesamte Jahr 2020. Für den Großteill der Zeit kann die WOhnung also allein genutzt werden.

as we will move for at least 1 year to Singapore, we are subletting our apartment for the timeframe from 1-JAN-20 to 31-DEC-20.
Our apartment is a 67 m² 3 room apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with window, living room with open kitchen and a roof terrace.
The sublet agreement includes one room as well as using the living room, kitchen, bath and terrace. The room has direct access to the roof terrace.
The 2nd bedroom will be still used by us, but we will only be very seldom in town, most likely lesss than 6 weeks during the entire year. So for the majority of the year the entire apartment can be used alone.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral gelegen im Kaskelkietz / Victoria-Stadt mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung zu den S-Bahnhöfen Nöldnerplatz (5 Min Fussweg). Rummelsburg (7 Min Fussweg) und Ostkreuz (15Min Fussweg). Trotz der Nähe zum Friedichshain ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und verströmt den Charme eines behutsam renovierten klassischen Berliner Altbauviertel. Die Rummelsburger Bucht ist fussläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located very central in the Kaskelkietz / Victoria-Stadt quarter with very good connection to various S-Bahn stations like Nöldnerplatz (5 min by foot), Rummelsburg (7 min by foot) and Ostkreuz (15 min by foot). Despite the proximity to Friedrichshain it is a very calm area with the charm of carefully refurbished classic Berlin "Altbau" architecture. The Rummelsburg bay is in walking distance for a stroll along the lake.

Wir sind ein verlobtes Paar, das gemeinsam für mindestens 1 Jahr nach Singapur zieht, um dort ein Recycling-Projekt umzusetzen. Wir werden also nur sehr selten zu Hause sein und die meiste Zeit des Jahres wird es statt WG-Leben also ein Leben allein in der Wohnung sein.
Wir suchen daher einen Mitbewohner, den wir die Wohnung in unserer Abwesenheit so pfelgsam behandelt wie wir es gewohnt sind, inklusiver sämtlicher "WG-Pflichten". Unser neuer Mitbewohner muss daher jemand sein, dem wir voll vertrauen können und der in der Lage ist, die Wohnung allein in Schuss zu halten.
Sollten wir mal zu Hause sein, freuen wir uns natürlich über einen tollen WG-Austausch :)

We are an engaged couple, wich is moving to Singapore for at least 1 year to realise a recycling project. So we will be very seldom at home and most of the time of the year instead of a "WG" life it will be living alone in the apartment.
We therefore look for someone, who can take care of the apartment the same way we would do it including all "WG Duties". So we look for someone, who we can trust and who is able to maintain the apartment alone.
In the seldom cases when we are home, we of course look for a nice shared living :)

Die Wohnung kann zwischen dem 20.12. - 23.12. oder zwischen 27.12. - 30.12. besichtigt werden.
