Hello everyone, I am looking for someone who enters for 4 months ( with the possibility of stay longer) in the appartment where I live.
we can find a solution also if you need for less time:)
the deposit is just one mouth rent.
the house has two Bathrooms (the main one with the shower) and a little sweet kitchen with everything :)
the room is very pretty, you can choose to sleep in the mezzanine (save place) or in a double mattress

there is even a personal sink in the room (only in berlin) :DD
the room is very bright with a nice view and is located on the ground floor.
it's me and another guy in the house, quiet, clean and nice.
The room is located near the nolderplatz sbahn stop, just 5 minutes to walk in a very quiet location, close also to Rummelsburger see and ostkreuz and just 2 station to warschauer str. and 12 minutes to Alexanderplatz.
Kaufland is also 5 minutes walk!
for every question write me here, who first writes and first comes to see , the more chance will have to take the room :)
I'll prefera have a girl, but guys have good chances too, preferably non-smokers.
