In unserer 3er WG in der Emanuelstr. ist ab sofort bis zum 1. August ein Zimmer frei. Die Warmmiete beträgt 350€ monatlich.. Das Zimmer ist 15 m² groß, die Wohnung selbst ist ein Altbau mit großer Küche und Balkon sowie einer Art Terasse und liegt im 1. Stock. Die Kaution ist 300€. Das Zimmer ist unmöbeliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Weitlingkiez, Nähe S Nöldnerplatz. Die Gegend ist recht ruhig und man kommt schnell ins Grüne. Die traumhaft schöne Rummelsburger Bucht ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem fährt über den S Nödlnerplatz die Stadtbahn, das Ostkreuz ist nur eine Station entfernt und die Busse 194 bzw. 240 bringen euch direkt nach Neukölln bzw. Friedrichshain.
Tobias ist Lehrkraft und hat erst einmal ein paar Wochen Schulferien. Das heißt er ist wahrscheinlich wenn er in Berlin ist relativ viel zu Hause, oder eben einige Wochen im Urlaub und dann gar nicht da.
Marie wohnt auch in der WG, ist aber den kompletten Juli in Frankreich. Im August wird sie auch wieder hier wohnen. Sie arbeitet von zu Hause aus.
Beide sind politisch interessiert, insbesondere ökopolitisch, recht viel unterwegs, haben gerne eine nette und soziale Atmosphäre in der Wohnung und mögen Fondue.
There will be a vacant room in our 3 people flat from now until the beginning of August. The room is 15m² big and costs all in all 350€ per month. The flat has a big kitchen, a balcony and a terass. It's located on the first floor in Emanuelstr. Theres also a 600€ deposit. The room is not furnished.
The flat is situated in Weitlingkiez in Lichtenberg, close to S Nöldnerplatz. There's a lot of green spots close by, Rummelsburger Bucht for example is only a 10 minute walk away. It's also well connected to the city center via S7 and S5, as well as Neukölln and Friedrichshain via the Busses 194 and 240 respectively.
Tobias works as a teacher and is on vacation for the next weeks. He will either be home a lot when he's in Berlin, or not at all when he leaves the city.
Marie works from home but she is in France the entire July.
Both are interested in politics, especially eco politics, often out and about, like a nice and social atmorsphere in the flat and enjoy eating fondue.
