1 Zimmer (20qm) hell, möbliert mit Süd-Balkon, Garten, Badewanne, nahe Fhain und Rummelsburger Bucht

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze zwischen Rummelsburg und Friedrichshain. Das bedeutet es ist schön ruhig, aber man ist innerhalb nur weniger Minuten im lebendigen Berliner Leben. An den Boxhagener Platz sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten. Dort findet ihr Cafes, Restaurants, Kino, Bars, Clubs uvm. An den Alexanderplatz kommt ihr mit der S-Bahn in 15 Minuten. Zum Brandenburger Tor sind es 20 Minuten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von uns aus super zu erreichen. Zur East Side Gallery sind es 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn. Die S-Bahn Station "Nöldnerplatz" ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort fahren mehrere S-Bahnlinien ab. Diverse Bushaltestellen befinden sich ebenfalls im Umkreis.
Die Verfügbarkeit von Supermärkten ist hier auch sehr gut: ein Rewe sowie ein Bioladen, oder auch Aldi und Kaufland sind max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In unserer Straße gibt es mehrere Spätis (die Berliner Art eines rund um die Uhr Kiosks), eine Poststelle, einen Döner Imbiss, einen Eisladen und ein Cafe/Bäckerei. Ums Eck gibt es auch einen Asia Lebensmittelmarkt, unser Lieblings-Café das Coffea mit vegetarisch-veganen Leckereien (dort kann man auch super gut arbeiten) sowie eine italienische Wein-Bar.
Die Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Dort kann man schön am Wasser sitzen oder entlang der Bucht spazieren gehen und Sport treiben. Es gibt in der Nähe auch diverse Parks. Auch mehrere Tischtennisplatten, 2 kleine Skaterparks sowie einen eingezäunten Fußballplatz findet ihr in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das "Yoga Barn" liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is located right on the border between Rummelsburg and Friedrichshain. This means it's nice and quiet, but you're only a few minutes away from the vibrant Berlin life. It's about a 10-minute bike ride to Boxhagener Platz. There you'll find cafes, restaurants, cinema, bars, clubs, and more. You can reach Alexanderplatz by S-Bahn in 15 minutes. It's 20 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. All the sights are easily accessible from us. It's a 10-minute S-Bahn ride to the East Side Gallery. The S-Bahn station "Nöldnerplatz" is a 2-minute walk away. Several S-Bahn lines depart from there. Various bus stops are also nearby.
The availability of supermarkets here is also very good: a Rewe and an organic store, as well as Aldi and Kaufland, are a maximum of 10 minutes' walk away. In our street, there are several Spätis (Berlin's version of a 24-hour convenience store), a post office, a kebab stand, an ice cream parlor, and a café/bakery. Just around the corner, there's also an Asian grocery store, our favorite café, Coffea, which offers vegetarian and vegan treats (it's also a great place to work), and an Italian wine bar.
You can reach the Rummelsburger Bucht on foot in about 10 minutes. There you can sit by the water, take a walk along the bay, or engage in sports. There are also various parks nearby. You'll find several table tennis tables, 2 small skate parks, and a fenced-in football field, all within less than a 5-minute walk. The "Yoga Barn" is a 5-minute walk away.

Wie schon erwähnt, wirst du die Wohnung für den Großteil der Woche und an den Wochenenden komplett für dich alleine haben und würdest sie voraussichtlich nur an 1-2 Tagen pro Woche mit uns teilen. Daher solltest du jemand sein, dem das auch gefällt! Wenn einer von uns oder wir beide dann berufsbedingt in der Wohnung sind, werden wir den Tag über meistens im Büro sein. Zuhause haben wir es dann gerne schön ruhig, da wir beide eher introvertiert sind. Wir machen gerne Yoga und kochen gerne vegan. Außerdem sind wir gerne und viel an der frischen Luft. Wenn du also eine Person bist, die diesen Lifestyle weitestgehend teilt und Gefallen an dieser Wohnsituation findet, sind wir uns sehr sicher, dass wir uns prima verstehen werden :)

As already mentioned, you will have the apartment all to yourself for most of the week and at weekends and would probably only share it with us 1-2 days a week. So you should be someone who likes that too! If one of us or both of us are in the apartment for work, we will mostly be in the office during the day. At home, we like it to be nice and quiet, as we are both rather introverted. We like to do yoga and cook vegan food. We also enjoy being outdoors a lot. So if you are a person who largely shares this lifestyle and enjoys this living situation, we are very sure that we will get along great :)
