Das Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof. Die Fenster sind nicht die modernsten, so dass die wirklich nah angelegene Bahn auch bei geschlossenem Fenster gehört werden kann. Dementsprechend ist das Zimmer nichts für super sensible Ohren.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut geschnitten.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Küche, die solide ausgestattet ist, um sich eine leckere Mahlzeit zu machen. Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Keller bei Bedarf, in den aber keine großen Sachen reinpassen.

The room faces the backyard. The windows are not the most modern, so the really close railway can be heard even with the window closed. Accordingly, the room is not for super sensitive ears.
The room is spacious and well laid out.
The flat has a large kitchen, which is solidly equipped to make a delicious meal. The fridge and washing machine are in perfect condition. The flat has a small cellar if needed, but no big things fit in it.
Vor der Haustür fahren sowohl der 194er, als auch der 240er Bus. Die S-Bahn Station Rummelsburg ist direkt gegenüber und die Straßenbahn 13 fährt auch gegenüber. Nicht weit weg ist ein Kaufland für den Einkauf. Bahnhof Ostkreuz und das gesamte Friedrichshainer Kiez sind knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Wasser der Rummelsburger Bucht ist 5 Minuten entfernt.

Both the 194 and 240 buses leave from the front door. The Rummelsburg S-Bahn station is directly opposite and the tram 13 also runs opposite. Not far away is a Kaufland for shopping. Ostkreuz station and the entire Friedrichshain neighbourhood are just under a 10-minute walk away. The water of Rummelsburg Bay is 5 minutes away.

Ich bin kommunikativ und gesellig, mag es aber auch, wenn die Wohnung nicht zur Party-Oase wird und wir einen ähnlichen Standard an Ordnung haben. Generell bin ich viel unterwegs - daher nicht der beste Partner für ein WG Leben in dem man oft zusammen kochen und etwas unternehmen kann. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich mich als soliden WG-Partner beschreiben, mit dem ein angenehmes Zusammenwohnen leicht möglich ist.

I'm communicative and sociable, but I also like it when the flat doesn't become a party oasis and we have a similar standard of tidiness. Generally, I am on the road a lot - therefore not the best partner for a shared flat life where you can often cook and do things together.
