I am subletting my beautiful and bright room only 3 minutes away from the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz, so you are at the city center within 15 minutes. It is for one person only.
The room is about 15 sqm and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The rent for the whole period is 570 Euro and includes internet and GEZ. The deposit is 600 Euro.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible (decision by the landlord). You will be living with two other roomies from Nicaragua and Colombia (23 and 21 years old) and a very cute but rather shy cat.
The main languages in the WG are English and Spanish.
