Schönes Zimmer in gemütlicher 2er WG🌻 (also for non German speakers :))

Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Laufminuten vom Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz entfernt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit überwiegend Familien und jungen Leuten. Friedrichshain ist auch nicht weit entfernt, was bedeutet, dass es in der Nähe viele nette Bars und Restaurants gibt. Ein Rewe und die Sparkasse sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Rummelsburger See und das Ufer sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S Bahn ist man innerhalb von 11 Minuten am Alexanderplatz und weiter, mit dem Bus (Linie 194) fährt man direkt nach Neukölln.

The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from S Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz in a quiet neighborhood with mostly families and young people. Friedrichshain is also very close, which means that there are many nice bars and restaurants nearby. A Rewe and Sparkasse are within walking distance. The Rummelsburger See and Ufer are also within walking distance. The S Bahn takes you to Alexanderplatz within 11 minutes and beyond, the bus (line 194) takes you directly to Neukölln.

Ich bin vor ein paar Jahren mit einer guten Freundin nach Berlin gezogen, und da sie leider umzieht, suche ich eine(n) Mitbewohner*In! Ich bin Céline, 27 Jahre alt, Jazzsängerin und Gesangslehrerin aus den Niederlanden. Da dieses Zimmer in einer 2er WG ist, würdest du nur mit mir hier wohnen. In meiner Freizeit liebe ich es zu kochen (bin Vegetarierin, koche aber auch sehr viel vegan, auch für die WG🎉), zu lesen, im Wald spazieren zu gehen, und auf Konzerte, in Museen, Clubs, ins Kino und ins Theater zu gehen.

Was ich mir von einem perfekten Mitbewohner wünsche: Ich bin jemand, der das WG-Leben sehr mag, daher würde ich mir auch einen Mitbewohner wünschen, der sich nicht nur in sein Zimmer zurückzieht, sondern auch mal eine offene Tür hat. Ich möchte wirklich eine Freundschaft mit einem Mitbewohner aufbauen, also würde ich gerne mal zusammen essen oder etwas trinken gehen🙂.

Ich bin eine ordentliche und saubere Person und würde mir wünschen, dass mein Mitbewohner auch so ist. Ich versuche selbst ein wenig umweltbewusst zu sein, daher würde ich es begrüßen, wenn mein Mitbewohner auch ein wenig darauf achten würde. Außerdem mag ich offene Kommunikation und Empathie, keine passive Aggression. Wenn jemand vergisst, die Haare aus dem Duschabfluss zu fischen, muss das nicht unbedingt mit einem Post-it-Zettel kommuniziert werden😅.

Wie bereits gesagt, bin ich Sängerin und Gesangslehrerin und unterrichte auch 3 Tage die Woche zu Hause. Das bedeutet, dass an 3 Nachmittagen und Abenden (manchmal auch etwas weniger) Leute vorbeikommen und dass es gelegentlich Musik geben wird. Ich hätte also gerne einen Mitbewohner, der außerhalb des Hauses arbeitet, damit wir beide möglichst ungestört unserer Arbeit nachgehen können. Meine Schüler dürfen nur mit einem negativen Covidtest oder dem Nachweis eines vollständigen Impfschutzes einreisen. Während eventuelle Lockdowns findet mein Unterricht online statt, also kommt niemand rein.

Da ich darüber nachdenke, eine Katze zu adoptieren, wäre es ein Bonus, wenn du auch Katzen magst und nicht allergisch bist. Die Katze muss natürlich nicht in deinem Zimmer sein, wenn du dich damit nicht wohl fühlst, und alles ist nach Vereinbarung.

Da ich auch verstehe, dass es den perfekten Mitbewohner nicht gibt, möchte ich dich einladen, mir eine Nachricht zu schicken, wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass du zumindest in einige dieser Punkte passt🙂.

I moved to Berlin with a close friend a few years ago, and since she will sadly for me be moving into her own place, I am looking for a flatmate! My name is Céline, I am 27 years old, and I am a jazz singer and singing teacher from the Netherlands. Since this room is in a shared flat for 2 people, it would just be the two of us. In my free time I love to cook (I'm vegetarian, but I also cook vegan a lot of the time, also for the WG🎉), read, hike in the woods, and go to concerts, museums, clubs, movies and theater.

What I would like from a perfect flatmate: I am someone who likes the WG life a lot, so it would be great to have a flatmate who not only retreats to their room, but also has an open door sometimes. I would really like to build a friendship with a roommate, so I would love to have dinner or drinks together sometime🙂 .

I am an organized and clean person and it would be great to have a roommate who is similar in that. I try to be a bit environmentally conscious myself, so ideally my roommate would be a little mindful of that as well. I also like open communication and empathy, no passive aggression. If someone forgets to fish their hair out of the shower drain, it doesn't necessarily need to be communicated with a post-it note😅.

As mentioned before, I am a singer and singing teacher and that means I also teach at home 3 days a week. This means that 3 afternoons and evenings (sometimes a little less) people will come over and there will occasionally be music. So ideally you would be someone who works outside the house, so that we can both do our work as relaxed and uninterrupted as possible. My students are only allowed to come in with a negative covid test or proof of full vaccination/recovery. During any lockdowns, my classes take place online, so no one gets in.

Since I am thinking about adopting a cat, it would be a bonus if you also like cats and are not allergic. Of course, the cat doesn't have to be in your room if you're uncomfortable with it, and everything is up for discussion.

Also, since I understand that the perfect flatmate doesn't exist, I'd like to invite you to message me if you feel you fit at least some of these points🙂 .

Das WG-Zimmer ist für jetzt für ein halbes Jahr befristet. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen ist es aber sehr wahrscheinlich dass du länger in der WG bleiben kannst🙂.
