20sqm 2 furnished room available with wooden floor, wooden bed, a desk and a closet. It's very bright with two velux windows (yes you hear well the rain or see the sky from your bed). The loft is 127sqm2, it’s a newly constructed Neubau (2019) on the 4th floor (no elevator but strong legs). It is fully furnished, heated wooden floor in all rooms, one open kitchen on a big bright living room with three windows, 1 bathroom (shower+bath), 2 toilets. There is also a tiny spare 3rd room for guests or sleep over and a south oriented balcony for sunbath in summer. Those elements listed + inflation are the reasons justifying the rent price.
The flat is 6 minutes walking distance from Nöldnerplatz S-bahn, one station away from Ostkreuz. From there, I most of the time travel less than 30 minutes to get somewhere that being Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Prenzi or Mitte... Westend is an other topic of course.
Down the flat there is Deutsch Post (super convenient) and spätti (adorable man) + an Asia market (as adorable)
A REWE two blocks away, some decent restaurants in Weitlingstr. (be patient it's still Lichtenberg), ALDI, Kaufland 10 minutes away.
The plus : a little parc down the street following a hidden canal, feels like a lil forest + comunautary garden nearby Rummelsburg Betriesbahnof

I am (she/her), 30 years old, anthropologist, freelancer working from home. I am a pretty chill person, flexible and always keen for a joke. I like to live in a clean space but I am not a maniac. I like quiteness but I can also be loud when I am in a hurry. I listen to music often but always ask if it's the right moment for the other person.
Sometimes i have friends around for diners but I rarely party home except for special occasions and I expect the same from the WG (clubs are opened until so late comon.'..) Speaking of, I do sometimes disappear on sundays for a good dancing session but my knees are fucked so it's getting more rare. But i am always up for a boogie, I dance in studios, meditate, do yoga, swim, climb, run... I like to share a good diner, specially a good bottle of wine and have long conversations about the state of the world in general or why sunflowers are smelling so weird, z.b.
Respecting boundaries is very important to me, as much as taking responsability for its action, favorising an open and direct non violent communication as much as available and damn it, accepting that sometimes people do mistakes, I will certainly make some and it's ok to talk about them and to move on.
I could tell you more about me but it's important that i present an other member of this house :
this home has been the shelter for a recently adopted dog that I named Nikita. She is a one year old Yakutian Laika (I recommend to google its race to have a good surprise), she is the sweetest cuddle machine on 4 legs, she loves people and she always seeks for some play or cuddle time. She rarely barks, never bites, she loves foot (i know, i don"t why, it doesn't come from me i swear) but she doesn’t like to be ignored in her own home (who likes it anyway ?). I am looking not only for a dog friendly person but also for a dog lover who would understand what living with a dog is, meaning that it includes sharing the common space with an other being that communicate and act differently than a human.
A « I tolerate dog person » is unfortunately not an option, she is a full member of this house and as much as she is my full responsibility for her cleaning and feeding, it’s important for me to chose someone that can give her the love she deserve!
