Ein großes super schönes lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer wird für mind. 3 Monate frei, evtl. mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert (mit etwas anderen aber ähnlichen Möbeln, da die Möbel auf dem Foto meine sind und ich sie in mein Zimmer mitnehmen werde) oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist zum Süden hin ausgerichtet und hat von morgens bis zum Nachmittag Sonnenschein, was auch den Winter in Berlin erträglicher werden lässt. Das Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon, mit Tisch zum Frühstücken oder Arbeiten.
Zusätzlich zu dem Zimmer, gibt es noch einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank im Flur, der mitbenutzt werden kann, so kann der Raum ohne Schrank weiterhin minimalistisch bleiben, aber das kann die Person natürlich für sich entscheiden.
Und zwei Abstellkammern, plus ein Kellerabteil für z.B. Fahrräder. Es gibt also viel Stauraum. Anmeldung ist für den Zeitraum leider nicht möglich.

A large, beautifully sunlit room will be available for at least 3 months, possibly with the option to extend. The room can be rented furnished (with slightly different but similar furniture, as the furniture in the photo is mine and I will be taking it to my room) or unfurnished. The room faces south and receives sunshine from morning till afternoon, making winters in Berlin more bearable. Additionally, the room features a spacious balcony with a table for breakfast or work.
In addition to the room, there is a walk-in closet in the hallway that can be used jointly, allowing the space to remain minimalist without a wardrobe. However, the person can decide to use it for their own needs. There are also two storage rooms, along with a cellar compartment for items such as bicycles. So, there is plenty of storage space available. Unfortunately, registration or 'Anmeldung' is not possible during this time
Der Schillerkiez ist einer der schönsten Kieze in Berlin. Die Nähe zum Tempelhofer Feld (5min zu Fuß) ist einfach genial. Am Wochenende gibt es einen kleinen Markt an der Kirche und die Bars, Spätis und Restuarants in der Gegend, sind auch nach dem Tempelhofer Feld immer ein Besuch wert.
The Schillerkiez is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Berlin. The proximity to Tempelhofer Feld (5 minutes on foot) is simply fantastic. On weekends, there is a small market at the church, and the bars, late-night shops, and restaurants in the area are also worth a visit after spending time at Tempelhofer Feld.
Ich bin Channy, gerade 35 Jahre geworden. Ich habe nochmal vor einiger Zeit einen Master angefangen und schreibe von Zuhause und arbeite nebenbei als Honorarlehrerin an der Schule.
