Die Wohnung ist Hochparterre, alle Fenster haben Rollos. Das Zimmer 25 qm ist wegen der 3 großen Fenster + Balkontür sehr hell. Das Bett ist 180x200 cm. Alle Zimmer sind mit Laminat ausgelegt, das Bad ist gefliest.
Die Küche hat eine Vollausstattung.
Ein riesiger Baum schützt, auf dem Balkon, vor zuviel Sonne.
Schmargendorf ist, wie der Name schon andeutet, für Berliner Verhältnisse, ein Dorf mit vielen kleinen Läden, Kaffees und Restaurants.
Hier ist es ruhig, grün, es gibt schöne Parks, zum Grunewald sind es 2.000 Meter, zur Ring- + U Bahn sind es aber auch nur 1.200 Meter, 3 Busstationen. Der EDEKA Supermarkt ist riesig und gleich um die Ecke.
Die Küche und das Bad sind immer sauber, deswegen sind wir immer ohne Putzplan ausgekommen.
