Hi, wir sind Andrea, 68 und Frank, 63, beide in geringem Maße selbständig. Kein Paar.
Wir bieten:
Eine ziemlich ruhige Wohnung in ruhigem Viertel, definitiv keine Szenegegend, aber verkehrsgünstig angebunden: 7 Busse und ein Nachtbus sind in maximal 10 Minuten zu erlaufen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – 10 Minuten zu laufen - in der Berkaer Str., von Aldi bis prämierten Bioladen.
Das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, wo Gäste schlafen, mal zusammen gefrühstückt wird, Studenten büffeln und Fernsehen geguckt wird. Wir sagen uns gegenseitig Bescheid, wenn man es alleine nutzen möchte. Auch der Balkon ist im Sommer ein toller Aufenthaltsort.
Uns wichtig:
Mit Energie wird wirklich bewusst umgegangen. Es wird sorgfältig recycled, einmal pro Woche wird gründlich geputzt, die Wäsche aller erledigt einer.
Damit nicht einer hinter dem anderen aufräumen muss... ist es wirklich dein natürlicher Lebensstil, Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer sauber und ordentlich zu hinterlassen ? Frage dich das ernsthaft - wir wollen niemanden bekehren, aber harmonisch miteinander uns entfalten können.
Wir suchen:
Ruhigen, anpassungsbereiten und respektvolle/n MitbewohnerIn. Wir sind eine lakto-vegetarische WG. Meistens kocht aber jeder für sich. Bitte nicht melden, wenn du Fleisch und Wurst isst!
Wir legen Wert auf Achtsamkeit und Kommunikation, vor allem, wenn es ein Problem gibt.
Aufgrund unterschiedlicher Lebensrhythmen sollte man fähig sein, ganz leise zu sein. Und ja: Musik fast nur mit Kopfhörer! Frank spielt gerne meditativ improvisiert Gitarre.
Alter ist uns egal, aber du solltest dich bemühen, bewusst zu leben und dich für irgendwas engagieren: politisch, umweltmäßig, sozial, spirituell, sportlich,…
Wir sind gespannt und freuen uns auf ein neues Gesicht.
We are, Andrea, 68 and Frank, 63, free lancers.
We offer a quiet place in a beautiful neigbourhood. There are 7 buses that connect us with the “world”. Good shopping facilities are close by.
The room itself is small, but we have a nice and bright living room for guests or leisure.
It´s important to us that you appreciate an ecological sound behavior concerning energy, recycling, good cleaning once a week and that you are able to leave a room tidy and cosy! Ask yourself sincerely: do I really like order and cleanliness, because it is part of my nature?
We are a lakto-vegetarian WG. If you eat sausages or meat - this is not the right home.
Mindfulness and the ability to communicate, especially if a problem arises, is essential for a good feeling at home.
Due to different life rhythms, you should be really able to move around avoiding noises. Listening music: please, mostly with headphones only. Frank likes playing gitarr.
We are happy to welcome somebody from another country and would like to learn from each other but german should be the main language in our home.
Age does not matter, but we would appreciate you being active in some field beyond job, friends and home: politics, environment, spiritually, sports ...
