unser indischer Mitbewohner verreist für 3 Wochen und wir bieten sein Zimmer an, in dem Wissen, dass es nicht ei fach ist, eine Unterkunft zu finden.
Ich bin Andrea, 65 und wohne mit Frank, 61 als vegetarische Nichtraucher - WG zusammen.
Wir sind respektvoll, möglichst umweltschonend orientiert, lieben die leisen Töne (Musik mit Kopfhörern hören, Frank spielt täglich meditativ Gitarre) und kommunizieren über alle Probleme und unterschiedlichen Auffassungen, bis es einen Konsens gibt.
Die Wohnung putzen wir einmal pro Woche unyßd die Wäsche für alle erledigt einer.

I am Andrea, 65 and live with Frank, 65 in a vegetarian, non smoking WG.
We are respectful, environmentally aware, love the quiet sounds ( listening to music with headphones, Frank plays daily meditatively gitarr) and we communicate all problems about different opinions until we have a consensus.
We all clean the flat once a week and one of us does the washing for all three.
Schmargendorf ist nicht mitten in der City aber auch nicht komplett raus - genau passend für alle die Berlin erkunden möchten aber das ruhige Leben hier genießen, so wie wir. Es gibt viel Grün, sogar einen See am Ende der Straße und der Grunewald ist auch nicht weit. Die Schmargendorfer Einkaufsstraße ist keine 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt 6 Busse und einen Nachtbus, aber keine U-Bahn oder S-Bahn in Laufnähe. Fahrrad kann benutzt werden. Der 110er und der 310er Bus fährt durch die Straße und ist in 14 Minuten am Bahnhof Zoo und in 10 Minuten an der FU.
Wer sind wir? Andrea, Selbstständig und Antonia, (bald) Studentin und ich (Katharina auch Studentin).
Du wirst meinen Platz in der WG einnehmen dazu gehören natürlich neben dem netten Zusammenleben ein paar Regeln: Wichtig ist, dass du Vegetarier/Veganer und Nichtraucher bist!! Wir teilen uns die Arbeit, zu den kleinen Jobs die jeder hat gehört auch sich nochmal umzudrehen, bevor man einen Raum verlässt und ihn wieder so herzurichten, dass der Nächste nicht hinter dir herräumen muss. Wir legen wert auf ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander (besonders leise sein soll gelernt sein) aber auch Umweltbewusstsein, Energie- und Ressourcen schonend zu leben gehört zu den Grundsätzen, die wir von dir erwarten!
Ich vermiete das Zimmer für den Zeitraum vom 28.Juli bis 1.Oktober (9 Wochen) NICHT TEILWEISE, für insgesamt 725 Euro! Wir suchen jemanden, der sich wohl fühlt mit unseren Standards und dem ich mein Zimmer anvertrauen kann! Wir freuen uns!

There is Andrea, free lancer and Antonia, student who you will live together with. Only apply when you are vegetarian/vegan and a non smoker! Everybody has their jobs so will you and it´s important you keep everything clean behind you. We are looking for a person who is quiet and respectful. We are living enviromental friendly, so recycling, short showers should not be something you do not know how to!
