hey everyone!
I am subrenting my room from the 18th of December to the 5th of January, with possibility of extending it!
The room is beautiful: big windows, double sized bed, nice desk and lots of (named) plant babys to keep ya company during winter times!
The house is located just outside the ring in Schmargendorf but very well connected. Can reach Schöneberg, Kreuzberg and Neukölln in around 35min each. If you hang a lot around Friedrichshain it might not be so worth it as that is quite far. Highlight: it takes only 10min to be at the Grunewaldsee where you can have gorgeous snowy strolls and unwind from city life.
It is a community house with a big cozy living room, a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom.
