We are looking for a nice roommate more permanently than just for a few months.
The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen with a small sunny balcony, bathroom and two furnished rooms. The bigger room has about 22sqm, the smaller one about 17sqm, the flat has 70sqm in total.
The apartment is the penthouse in an old landmark building with 10 apartments, in which mainly the owners live. It is located totally quiet in a small side street. The residents attach great importance to quiet neighbours.
And to the house belongs a beautiful garden, where all house inhabitants can relax on the lawn.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Küche mit kleinem sonnigen Balkon, Bad und zwei möblierte Zimmer. Das größere Zimmer hat ca. 22qm, das kleinere ca. 17qm, die Wohnung insgesamt hat 70qm.
Die Wohnung ist die Dachwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten Altbau mit 10 Wohnungen, in denen überwiegend die Eigentümer leben. Es ist und liegt total ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse. Die Bewohner legen viel Wert auf ruhige Nachbarn.
Und zum Haus gehört ein schöner Garten, wo sich alle Hausbewohner auf dem Rasen erholen können.
Zu Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten am Nollendorfplatz im prallen Leben und an der besten U-Bahnstation der ganzen Stadt! Kneipen, Restaurants, Imbisse, Supermärkte gibt es hier jede Menge, dazu mittwochs und samstags den tollen Winterfeldtmarkt! Neben LIDL und Edeka sogar zwei Bio-Supermärkte!,Per Bus oder U-BAHN ist man schnell in der ganzen Stadt.
Im zweiten Zimmer wohnt ein 29-jähriger Student aus Mexico. Guillermo spricht gut deutsch und will besser werden! Wir (Michael, Peter und unser Sohn Louis) wohnen um die Ecke und kommen nur gelegentlich vorbei wenn ihr Hilfe braucht. In der Küche steht ein Fernseher und eine Couch um gemeinsam den Abend zu genießen.
