A furnished room (about 18 m2) in a lovely flat located on the 3rd floor of a renovated Altbau. As it faces the south, the flat is very sunny. It is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Yet it is very close to both voguish city-centres: Kudamm (10 min) and Friedrichrichstraße (20 min) and to the hip Kreuzberg. With a small balcony, wooden floor, high ceilings, old and new furniture, the flat has a mixed charm). The flat is fully furnished and equipped.
It is located between Wilmersdorf and Schöneberg, next to Prinzregentstraße in a pretty, quiet side street between the Berliner Straße and Günzelstraße (3-4 min walk to U9 or U7), the 2 subway stations to the U Kurfürstendamm and to U Mehringdamm.
Everything that one needs is close by and in a lovely environment. Charming shops, cafes and bakeries, as well as large supermarkets and many doctors' practices are in the immediate reach.
You are a nice person, already knowing the requirements of a flatshare, friendly and sociable. I try to be the same, a flatmate who is nice and reliable and can sometimes share talks, memories, food, drinks, films and whatever that connects two people living in a flat.
a bit about me: I did my master in British Studies here in Berlin at Humboldt University and work since years as an event manager in Berlin. I like organising events, traveling, taking photos, going out, cooking, my bikes, languages, meditation,, films, music and dancing...
