You will be sharing the flat with my friend that lives in the other room. He is a friendly, organized and quit guy. He also works for 8 hours a day so he would be mostly in his room.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared as well and the flat is exteremly organised and clean. I hope you keep it this way. Our neighbors are mostly elderlies and we try to keep it down as much as possible as respect for them.
The room is available from the 21st of June till the 31st of July for 750€ covering the whole period.
The utilies are all available and no deposit is needed.
Nearby we have a wonderfull park, and the public transporation around is close. (U7, U4, + 2 S bahn stations)
You are welcomed to come check the room after we arrange a meeting.
