Da ich für zwei Wochen verreise, möchte ich mein 33qm. großes WG Zimmer in Schöneberg untervermieten. Wir wohnen in einem schönen sanierten Altbau an der roten Insel, in der Nähe vom Akazien- und Crellekiez - erreichbar durch die S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, S-Schöneberg und U7 Kleistpark.
Wichtig wäre, dass du ein Auge darauf hast, dass meine Zimmerpflanzen überleben und die WG-Katze Mia, eine 19 jährige alte kuschelbedürftige Dame, gelegentlich von dir Futter erhält.
Zudem ist in den Kosten insklusive, dass wöchentlich eine Reinigungskraft kommt, welche die Gemeischaftsbereiche putzt.
Since I'm going away for two weeks, I'd like to sublet my 33qm room in a shared flat in Schöneberg. We live in a beautifully renovated old building on the "rote Insel", near Akazienkiez and Crellekiez - accessible via the S1 Julius-Leber-Brücke, S-Schöneberg and U7 Kleistpark.
It would be important for you to keep an eye on my houseplants surviving and the shared flat cat Mia, a 19-year-old lady who needs to be cuddled, occasionally receiving food from you.
In addition, the cost includes the fact that a cleaner comes weekly to clean the common areas.
