The bright, 109m2 apartment has been completey renovated and consists of 3 rooms, 1 (17m2) kitchen, 1 large bathroom, and a small guest WC. Everything, including walls, pipes, furniture, bathroom and kitchen has just been bought and never been used before.
Your room will include a new bed, a shelf/closet and a table.
One WG Room is facing the courtyard (innenhof) and the other one is facing the street.
5-10 walking minutes to u Eisenacherstrasse and U nollendorfplatz. Various buses are close by and S schöneberg is 7 minutes by bike.
Goltzstraße combines everything Berliners love about their city, but in an area that has yet to be conquered by tourists. Its wide, green alleys are occupied by a vast number of cafes in summer where longtime locals mingle with newcomers from around the world. At night, Schöneberg features some of the party capital’s most hidden bars and a vibrant LGBT district. But don’t sleep in on Saturdays, which is when the district and Berliners from across the city head to the Winterfeldtplatz market. I’m currently looking for 2 FLINTA roomies, BIPoC preferred.
I have 4 years of experience living in shared apartments, and due to my great experiences I‘m super excited to establish this new WG.
Throughout the past years, i have learned that the following is important to me:
Non-smoker WG - smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Cleaniness is very important to me, so I would like to have a weekly cleaning schedule where we take turns cleaning the common areas thoroughly. Shoes should be taken off at the entrance.
I am vegetarian/vegan and would be delighted if I could live with someone who cooks vegetarian at home.
I have experience living in zweck wgs as well as wgs with friends, and I believe finding a WG where we simply get along would be perfect.
