I'm looking for a subletter who can take my room in Schöneberg at U-Bahn Station Nollendorfplatz from August 2nd till August 30th for ~600€ (move in date flexible, we can also lower the price if your stay is shorter ). There will also be a deposit of 300€ to ensure the furniture as we rent it from the owner of the apartment :)
The room is c.a. 14m2 with a cute balcony and comes fully furnished (just move in with your suitcase!). You will be living on the 3rd floor with two roomies who are in their mid 20s. There is a shared furnished bathroom and kitchen.

Hallo meine Lieben!
Ich suche Untermieter*innen für mein Zimmer in Schöneberg an der U Bahn station Nollendorfplatz (3min Fußweg) ab 02/08 bis 30/08 für 600€. (Einzugtag kann flexible sein und wir können auch die Miete anpassen falls ihr für eine kürzere Zeit bleibt). Da wir die Möbeln auch von den Vermieter benutzten muss ich 300€ Kaution dafür einnehmen die ihr aber natürlich wieder zurück bekommen wenn nichts kaputt geht :)
Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß mit einem süßen Balkon und ist komplett möbliert! (Ihr müsst nur mit eurem Koffer ankommen) Du wirst mit zwei anderen Mitbewohner wohnen, beide Mitte zwanzig, mit dem du auch die möblierte Küche und Bad teilst.
Meldet euch gerne wenn es noch Fragen gibt und schreibt ein wenig was über euch selbst :)
The neighborhood is perfectly located at the edge between Mitte and Schönberg. Far enough to avoid loudness and craziness that comes with Berlins vivid city life but close enough to be within in minutes.
The apartment is only a 3min walk away from a busstop and the U-Bahn Station Nollendorfplatz (U1 U2 U3 and U4) with which you can reach the city center in 15min. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Edeka, DM, Bio Market and Turkish grocers are all within a 5-10min walk. The Kiez is also very queer friendly (our street is even named after a gay activist!) with a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
There's a flea market every Sunday at the Schöneberg Rathaus that's only 10min bikeride away. You can also go explore the Tiergarten (the biggest Park in Berlin) which is inly a 4min bikeride away.
As a little addition, we also have a community garden which our lovely neighbour's takes care of where you can enjoy your morning coffee at.
We're looking for someone who's easy going and a good communicator so if there's any problems with the household chores etc we can speak freely. One of the roommate is working so it would be pretty quiet during the week but it would be nice to find someone who would enjoy hanging out every now and then to cook food, have a chat etc.
Wir suchen jemanden unbeschwertes mit dem man gut Kommunizieren kann damit man bei verschiedenen Lebensweisen bzw Konflikten etc frei sprechen. Einer der Mitbewohner arbeitet also wird es in der Woche ziemlich ruhig sein aber es wäre schön jemanden zu finden mit den man auch mal was zusammen kochen oder ein Bierchen trinken kann.
