Zu haben sind zwei schöne Altbauzimmer, eines etwas kleiner (17qm) und das andere ziemlich groß (28qm), inklusive charmantem Erker.
Wir wünschen uns 1-2 Elternteile und ein Kind, das Kind wäre idealerweise maximal 7 Jahre alt.
Die beiden Zimmer haben eine Verbindungstür und jeweils eine Tür zum Gang. Zudem gibt es noch eine Verbindungstür zu einem weiteren WG Zimmer, dass in den dunkleren Monaten ebenso vermietet wird und in der hellen Zeit des Jahres als gemeinsames Wohn-/Arbeits-/Gästezimmer genutzt wird. An diesem Zimmer befindet sich auch ein Balkon.
Zudem gibt es ein schönes großes Berliner Zimmer, an das die Küche anschließt und zwei Bäder, von denen eines für Dich/Euch ist und mit der "Wintermitbewohner*in" geteilt wird und ein Wannenbad, das auch mal für ein Bad genutzt werden kann, sonst aber hauptsächlich von mir und meinen Kindern genutzt wird.
There are two beautiful rooms in the old building, one a little smaller (17sqm) and the other quite large (28sqm), including a charming bay window.
For these two rooms we would like 1-2 parents and a child, the child would ideally be a maximum of 7 years old.
The two rooms have a connecting door and each has a door to the corridor. There is also a connecting door to another room, which is also rented out in the darker months and is used as a shared living/work/guest room in the lighter months of the year. There is also a balcony attached to that room.
There is also a nice, large "Berliner Zimmer", which is connected to the kitchen and there are two bathrooms, one of which is for you and is shared with the "winter roommate" and a bathroom with tube that can also be used for a bath (or if one is occupied), but otherwise mainly used by me and my children.
Die Wohnung liegt im netten Friedenau, fußläufig von der S Bahn Station Friedenau entfernt. Tatsächlich ist dadurch auch die Stadtautobahn sehr nah, was man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht hört, mit geöffneten jedoch schon.
The apartment is located in the nice area of Friedenau, within walking distance of the Friedenau S-Bahn station. In fact, this also means that the city motorway is very close, which you can't hear with the windows closed, but with open windows you can.

Du bist eine Person oder Ihr seid ein Paar und es gibt ein Kind? Super - Ihr seid gesucht.
Es handelt sich hier um eine WG Neugründung. Ich habe die letzten Jahre in einer 2-3er WG plus 1-2 Kinder geleb, fand das klasse, aber möchte dies zukünftig gerne mit mehr Platz und mit 2 Bädern.
Habe eine ganze Weile nach einer geeigneten Wohnung gesucht und diese nun gefunden. Vertrag ist auch unterschrieben.
Ich stelle mir ein öffenes, herzliches Zusammenleben vor, in dem unsere Kinder Zeit miteinander haben und auch wir ab und zu was unternehmen, oder zumindest öfter zusammen essen und vielleicht ab und zu mal abends aushelfen, wenn eine/r von uns gerne ausgehen möchte. Was sind Deine Vorstellungen vom gemeinschaftlichen Wohnen?
Tatsächlich können wir erst Mitte September in die Wohnung rein, um sie live anzusehen - die Bilder zeigen den aktuellen Möblierungsstand, die Zimmer werden leer übergeben werden.
Ich würde mich jedoch freuen, wenn wir uns bereits vorher kennenlernen, gerne auch unsere Kinder, damit wir schauen können, ob die Chemie passt.
Ich selbst ernähre mich vegetarisch, mein großer Sohn (5) ist Alles-Esser. Würde gerne eine Solawi-Gemüseportion mit Euch teilen. Auch wenn ich hier nicht Bewohnerinnenalter 0-39 angeben konnte sondern nur 1-39 wird ein Baby mit einziehen, das perspektivisch auch recht viel Zeit beim Vater verbringen wird.
Das Balkonzimmer würde ich gerne in den hellen Monaten als Gemeinschaft nutzen, weshalb es nur Oktober-April vermietet wäre; dies ermöglicht uns, dass wir immer mal wieder gemeinsam über die temporäre Mitbewohner*in entscheiden.
This is a WG start-up. I've lived in a shared flat with 2-3 people plus 1-2 children for the last few years, thought it was great, but would like to have more space and two bathrooms in the future.
So I've been looking for a suitable apartment for quite a while and have now found it.
In fact, we can only go into the apartment in mid-September to see it live - the pictures show the current state of furniture, the rooms will be handed over empty.
However, I would be happy if we got to know each other beforehand, including our children, so that we can see if the chemistry fits.
I imagine an open, warm coexistence in which our children have time together and we also do something from time to time, or at least eat together more often and maybe help out from time to time in the evening if one of us would like to go out.What is your idea of living together?
I eat vegetarian food myself, my older son eats everything. And there will be also a little baby.
Would love to share a Solawi vegetable portion with you.

Da es sich hier um eine bunte Familien-WG handelt, bitte ich Dich, Dich nur zu melden, wenn Du zumindest in Teilzeit ein Kind bei Dir hast. Gerne könnt Ihr auch als Paar einziehen. Denke zwei Personen plus Kind geht gut.
