Hey Leute ,
wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für ein kleines Zimmer in einer tollen WG. Der Einzug wäre sofort möglich. Wir haben zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Internet- und Telefonflat. Es handelt sich um 2 übereinander liegende Wohnungen, die über eine Holztreppe verbunden sind. In der oben angegebenen monatlichen Miete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Gleisdreieck- und Viktoriapark, mit der S/U Yorckstraße und U Kleistpark ist man gut angebunden.

Wir nehmen mittlerweile alle auf die eine oder andere Weise am Berufsleben teil, wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir treffen uns gerne zum gemeinsamen Kochen, auf einen Plausch mit Kaffee in der Küche, zum Rauchen auf einem der Balkone oder zum gemeinsamen rumlungern im Wohnzimmer.

Im Preis für das Zimmer ist alles komplett enthalten. Strom, Gas, Internet und sämtliche sonstige Kosten

Hey guys ,
we are looking for a new roommate for a small room in a great shared apartment. The move-in would be possible immediately. We have two bathrooms, a large living room with balcony, internet and telephone flat. It is 2 apartments on top of each other, which are connected by a wooden staircase. The above monthly rent includes all utilities. The apartment is located near Gleisdreieck- and Viktoriapark, with the S/U Yorckstraße and U Kleistpark you are well connected.

Meanwhile, we all participate in one way or another in professional life, we are not a purpose WG. We like to meet to cook together, have a chat with coffee in the kitchen, smoke on one of the balconies or hang out together in the living room.

The price for the room includes everything. Electricity, gas, internet and all other costs.

Hello, I'm Alam, 40, Architect and Web Developer. I speak German and Portuguese. Currently giving my best to take my English to a better level. :-)
Normally im very busy in Sommer but usually hang out a lot in the Flat the rest of the year.
I love to go to the cinema, Clubs (sometimes way too much), Festivals, eating, cooking and enjoying life. Im extrovert or introvert depending on the situation.
I‘ve been living in big shared flats over 10 years and appreciate this Lifestyle. For me its very important to have clean and well organized common areas in our flat.
If you really want to enjoy WG-Life together and put time and good energy on it, its a big plus. :-)

I like hanging out in Cafés, going out to watch performances or other cool stuff that inspire me. Muuuuuusic and nature. Cakes and Arabic food. I love the sea and watching stars. Missy Magazin and Elif Shafak. Learning satisfys me. Sharing clothes and food is super welcome. I’m an extrovert. Usually I’m pretty busy but also like to be cozy at home to recharge. Catching up in the kitchen for a chat deep or silly is always nice. I’m a dancer, it’s my big love. I used to live in many places all over the world but Berlin is my homebase since 9 years. Hallo Lieben, ich bin Gaspar (28) aus Ungarn. Ich mag vor allem Tanz und Schauspiel, aber auch andere Kunstformen zu üben oder zu genießen.
Ab Oktober fange ich mit einem Studium an der FU an, und ich habe vor, meinen neuen Uni-Status gut auszunutzen, das heißt möglichst viele Stücke und Events zu besuchen. Aber natürlich auch zu studieren.

Früher Deutschlehrerin heute Business Development in einer It-Agentur. Zurzeit arbeite ich sehr viel, deshalb ist mir zuhause eine gewisse Ruhe wichtig. In meiner Freizeit tanze ich sonst sehr gerne (ecstatic Dance, tango, contact), mache yoga (kundalini, hatha) und bin gern aufm Radel in der Stadt unterwegs. Mir ist ein freundschaftlicher Umgang in der Wohnung wichtig.

I like dancing, watching birds (all of them) and knitting. Baking brings me joy as well. I hang a lot in my most favourite dance studio but I also enjoy the coziness of my bed. I am interested in getting to know the new person that’s moving in and open to discuss which birds are the coolest.

Ich tanze gern und viel, beobachte Vögel, improvisiere regelmäßig neue Strickprojekte und backe gern aber nicht so viel. Ich bin viel in meinem favourite Tanzstudio, aber mach es mir genauso gern bei Kerzenschein zu Hause gemütlich. Ich freue mich, die neue Person kennenzulernen, bin happy to hang und happy sich über lieblingsvögel auszutauschen.
