It’s 100m closed to the S-Bahn Schöneberg (RING) and to all the most convenient bus stops for getting around the city such as: 104 M48 M85 187
Closed also to all kind of supermarkets, as Penny, Lidl, Edeka etc. And to IKEA and Bauhaus.
About you:
We are looking for a CLEAN, reliable person who, like us, sees the home as an environment of well-being and not a club or a place to be neglected.
We're looking for someone who WORKS (no students) and if possible, around our same age: 30 to 40.
The contract it's for 6 months, but it might be prolonged.
About us:
We are Elia and Alice and Veronica, around 25 to 40 yo.
We’re artists and use often the space to work, that’s why we’re not party people, we like to live in a relaxing place where we can create, even if sometimes we like to have friends for dinner and spend some time with them.
We’re very clean people, for the same reason: home is for us a place of peace and well-being, and cleaning is also part of this.
And last but not least:
There’s a queen in the flat: Buckley, our bitchy cat.
Little by little you could get into her good graces, the secret with her is to act as if she didn't exist and ignore her for the first few months, and maybe we can give you the chance (if you like) to give her her daily food.
Over time, by doing this she could become your friend :-)
