Hi ich bin Simon (er/ihm) und suche für das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners eine Zwischenmieter*in für 4 Monate. Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 qm groß und möbliert (Schreibtisch, ein großes 140 cm Bett, Kleiderstangen und Regale). Es hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die ruhige Gustav-Müller-Str. In den Innenräumen rauchen wir nicht. Die Miete beträgt 475€ (alles inkusive), die Kaution 916€.
Du würdest dann mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit in Medienwissenschaft an der Filmuni Babelsberg. Nebenbei arbeite in der Gastro. Ich werde also tagsüber viel in der bib sein und abends bzw. am Wochenende öfter mal arbeiten. Dennoch ist es mir wichtig, ein persönliches und verbindliches Zusammenleben zu gestalten. Ich freue mich daher über gemeinsame Abende und Wochenend Activities. Kochen, Kino, Flohmarkt, you name it. Nach langen Tagen ist meine Zimmertür aber auch öfter man zu.
Ich wünsche mir, dass die WG ein diskriminierungsfreier Raum ist, in dem sich alle wohlfühlen. Rücksichtsvolles Verhalten und eine vertrauensvolle und offene Kommunikation sind mir daher wichtig.

Hi, I'm Simon (er/ihm) and I'm looking for a temporary tenant for my roommate's room for 4 months. The room is about 24 square meters and furnished (desk, a large 140 cm bed, clothes rails and shelves). It has a balcony with a view of the quiet Leberstraße. We do not smoke indoors. The rent is 475€ (all inclusive), the deposit is 916€.
You would then live with me. I am 30 years old and am currently writing my master's thesis in media studies at the Film University Babelsberg. I also work in gastronomy. So I'll be in the bib a lot during the day and often work in the evenings or at weekends. Nevertheless, it is important to me to create a personal life together. I am therefore looking forward to evenings and weekend activities together. Cooking, movies, flea markets, you name it. After long days, however, my bedroom door is also often closed.
I want the shared flat to be a non-discriminatory space where everyone feels comfortable. Considerate behavior and open communication based on trust are therefore important to me.
