We are offering a nice room in a well-kept shared flat on the so-called Rote Insel (Red Island) in Schöneberg.
If possible, we like to have a chat or dinner in the kitchen and go out together sometimes.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and two fridges. So there is enough space to cool your food ;)
In your room there is a bed, a desk + chair and a shelf. So it is partly furnished.
The transfer fee refers to this and to the fridge, dishwasher and cupboard in the kitchen.
The room is available for 5 months with a 1-month notice period.
Important to notice: an official registration is unfortunately not possible at the moment.

Wir bieten ein hübsches Zimmer in einer gepflegten WG auf der Roten Insel in Schöneberg an.
Wenn es sich ergibt quatschen wir auch gern mal in der Küche und gehen auch mal miteinander aus.
Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und zwei Kühlschränken. Gibt also genug Platz für dein Essen ;)
In deinem Zimmer gibt es ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch + Stuhl und ein Regal. Also teilmöbliert.
Ablösesumme bezieht sich darauf sowie auf Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Schrank in der Küche.
Wichtige Info: aktuell ist eine Anmeldung bei uns leider nicht möglich..

Your Roomies are Nils and Laurin, who both live and work in Berlin since a few years. We enjoy doing sports, being out with friends, enjoying the restaurants, bars and nice cafes of the neighbourhood. We are always open for a easy chat in the kitchen at the end of a tough day and if it fits we also go out for a beer together.
We prefer living together in an open minded and tolerant way. If there is something we can always talk about it :)
