Hello lovely people!
Since I’m soon leaving for a semester abroad and it all happened unexpectedly, I could not give a notice of 3 months to my landlord. For this reason I’m looking for somebody to take over my room for the remaining two months which are Feb and March. If you’re Interested in staying for more than 2 months, then I can directly connect you to my landlord to sign the contract. My ultimate goal is to find a new tenant for my landlord as from feb so that I don’t pay two months of rent for nothing. The room is suitable for students/trainees.
