Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon und ist sehr hell. Ich würd ein paar Sachen von mir in dem Keller räumen, um noch erwas mehr Platz zu schaffen. In den kosten ist alles drin. Wir haben ein WG Abo für die Zeit und ich auch für Zeit-Wissen, was du gerne nutzen kannst. Ansonsten haben wir viele junge Nachbar*innen im Haus, die alle sehr nett sind und eine schöne und wohnliche/große WG Küche.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe von S-Schöneberg und fußläufig zum Akazienkiez. Somit gute Anbindung an die Ring und Ubahn
Wir sind alle recht gut befreundet, was keine Bedingung für eine Untermiete darstellt. Trotzdem freuen wir uns, wenn die die Person, die zur Untermiete hier wohnt, sich auch am WG leben Beteiligt was Putzplan und eine offene und ehrliche Kommunikation angeht. Wir freuen uns euch kennenzulernen!
