Bitte nur absolute Nichtraucherin, weil mir vom Rauch schlecht wird. Der Teppich dient zum Schutze des Fußbodens und der Nachbar freut sich, wenn unsere Schritte über seinem Kopf gedämpft sind;) Er sichert den Frieden im Haus (viellleicht sogar den Weltfrieden :D ). Leider nix für Allergikerinnen.
Das Zimmer liegt sehr zentral am U7-S2, 25-Bahn Yorkstr. , Universitäten sind leicht zu erreichen.
Studentin willkommen. Wir beide arbeiten. Wenn Du ein sauberes Bad genießt und bereit bist, dafür zu putzen, bist Du uns sehr willkommen :)

We are flatshare with friends. No hostel. Everybody buys toilet paper :D. Understandable English or German is a plus ;)
We are vaccinated and recovered from Covid and wear masks in public transport to avoid infection.
By the way: electric heating or airconditioning not possible. In winter in case of conflict for the gas we use a pullover and hot bottles. (we use it anyway because they rise the price for electricity and gas!)
I appreciate if you are a clean person and you actually clean the common places as well, not only your room :D

We have cleaning schedule that prooved to be good.
Optimism is what we celebrate. And the clean bathroom.
We wear face masks in order to prevent Covid infection (in public transpot, of course...). Luckily I am recovered, my flatmate double vaccinated.
Energy saving is an issue this winter.... we clean with cold water...long story hopefully short...

Es ist möbliert, mit Teppich (schützt die lackierten Holzdielen und schafft freundliche Atmosphäre mit den Nachbarn, da die Tritte gedämpft werden :) )
Wenn Du ein sauberes Bad genießt und bereit bist auch zu putzen, freuen wir uns auf Deinen Anruf. (Bitte nur anrufen, wenn Ihr überhaupt nicht raucht, ich rieche es sofort ;-) ). Wir arbeiten beide, sind busy, genießen aber auch mal ein gemeinsames Kochen.

The carpet is a must because the wood amplifies your steps and the neighbours think you live downstairs with them...
Energy saving is a big issue this year! If you wash your hair 3 times a week, take a shower daily, wash your clothe twice a week you will find a hotel room, but not flatshare... This is reality!
