In unserer WG wird ein Zimmer frei und wir möchten es gerne vermieten. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, hat run 25qm zwei wunderschöne grosse Fenster und wird mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem Regal und zwei Rollstangen (zum Klamotten aufhängen :)) vermietet.
Zur Wohnung: sehr schöner 140qm sanierter Altbau in mitten von Schöneberg. Super Lage mit Kaffee's, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die U-bahn ist in 5 Minuten gut zu fuß zu erreichen. U2, U7, U1, U3...
Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man zum WG-Leben braucht incl. Spülmaschine etc. da wir alle berufstätig sind leisten wir uns den Luxus einer Putzfrau. Diese kommt einmal die Woche und die Kosten dafür sind in der Miete enthalten. Des Weiteren gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehen und Balkon welches als Gemeinschaftszimmer genutzt wird.

Beautiful, bright room to rent
The room is 25qm, has two big windows and it is furnished with a bed, a desk, a shelf and two rags to hang your cloth. The flat has in total 140qm. we share a kitchen, bath room and a living room with a balcony and Television. As we are all employed we afford the weekly luxury of a cleaning lady :). The flat is very well located in one of the nicest streets in Schöneberg. Here you can find a lot of restaurants, caffe's and small shops. Metro is just 5 min walk. It is connected to the U1, U2, U3 and U7 which takes you in 15 min to Kreuzberg/Neukölln etc.

Man ist in 10 min in Kreuzberg und 15 Minuten mit der ubahn in Neukölln denn die U7, U3, U2 und U1 sind fussläufig in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es alles was man braucht. Edeka, Kaisers, DM, Bio Markt etc. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch sind auf der Straße unzählige Cafés, Restaurant, Bars und kleine Geschäfte zu finden.
Zu den Mitbewohnern. Sie sind beide großartig und sehr pflegeleicht :). Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt kochen wir zusammen, trinken Wein auf dem Balkon oder Unternehmen etwas am We. Ist aber kein Muss da beide arbeiten und auch viel reisen.
