Ich werde ab dem 08.02 für mindestens 5 Monate nach Russland ziehen um dort ein Erasmussemester zu absolvieren. Von daher wird mein geliebtes Zimmer in einer super WG frei!
Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß, zum Westen ausgerichtet, also sehr hell mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung ab 15 Uhr. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit: Boxspringbett, Sofa, Sessel, Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl, 2 Schränke mit massig Stauraum ,Monitor und einen TV mit Kabelanschluss + Playstation. Computer oder Netflix könnt ihr via Hdmi-Kabel an den Fernseher anschließen. Eigentlich alles da ...
Hi everyone, i will be at a semester abroad from the 8th of February on for minumin 5 month.
My room is about 18m² and is very bright. In the room are: 1 couch , 1 queensize 140cm bed, 1 table + chair to work on, tv + playstation. So all you need for living.. you will see the details in the pictures...

Hallo, ich heiße Alexander und bin 26 Jahre alt. Ich wohne mit meinen langjährigen Freunden Valeska (26) und Nico (27) schon seit knapp 4 Jahren in unserer WG.
Ich werde mein Zimmer für den genannten Zeitraum untervermieten, da ich ein Erasmussemester in Russland antreten werde :)
Valeska studiert Lehramt und Nico Zunkunftssicher Bauen. Beide sind sehr lockere und angenehme Mitbewohner. Als WG chillen wir abends oft gemeinsam ab, gucken Filme, spielen Karten, trinken Bier, oder rauchen ab und zu auch mal eine "Zigarette".
Beide sind Gelegenheitsraucher, die auf Valeskas Balkon rauchen.
Your future Flatmates are very kind and nice guys , with whom you wont have a bad time. Both of them are studying, very easy going and relaxed people, you shouldnt be to narrow minded.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen or on Valeskas Balkony.
Wir suchen eine sympathische, offene, und nicht auf den Kopf gefallene Person. Ob englisch- oder deutschsprachig ist egal.
Zimmerbesichtigungen oder Skypebeschnupperung sobald wie möglich. Einfach schreiben und was ausmachen!
